The natural escape of Cedar Falls County Park disguises the fact – and the irony – that the park probably wouldn’t exist, if not for a settlement over a Colonial Pipeline spill in 1996.
We took the opportunity one misty Spring morning to bring attention to this gem of a park, virtually hidden away in the southern part of Greenville County.
